International orders are shipped by First Class International Mail with tracking.

Please note we are not responsible for customs fees in the destination coutnry and cannot estimate how long your order will to arrive one it reaches your country as each varies. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Sometimes thing’s don’t work out. If so, please contact us at alisonstorry@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase before returning your item.

Once you have notified us, we will send you an email of a return shipping label and details of where to return your item.

Once we have recieved the item, undamged, and in it’s original packaging, we will isue a full refund. (Refund does not include original shipping cost).

We do not accept unsolicited returns. This applies to broken items, as well. Please contact us first!
