  • What happens if I enter the wrong address for shipping?

    Don’t worry! Send a message to alisonstorry@gmail.com and we will change the address on the order. If we have already shipped your order, once it is returned t us, we will resend it to your address.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes! You can select the gift wrapping option when you arrive at checkout. It will appear under the shipping option in the form of: USPS (+ gift wrapping). Remember to pick the one that corresponds to your region. It will include the flat rate for shipping, as well.

    The gift will be wrapped with care in a jewelry pouch and placed in a branded Alison Storry gift box with a ribbon and a message of your choosing.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

    No, we do not offer wholesale. We are a small company and enjoy dealing directly with our customers.

  • I want to keep my jewelry like new. How should I care for it?

    Avoid exposing the jewelry to harsh chemicals such as perfume, cleaning agents, and laundry detergents.

    Store the piece(s) separately by keeping it in the box that it arrived in.

    Do not sleep with your jewelry and remove it before any strenuous activity that will cause you to sweat, bend excessively, and come in close proximity of edges and corners.

  • What happens if my jewelry breaks?

    Although this is a rare occurrence, if it happens, please contact us at alisonstorry@gmail.com. Each case will be assessed individually and eligibility of repair, replacement, or compensation will be by the discretion of the maker.

    We do not accept returns without being contacted first at the above email.

  • What is the processing time?

    Since these pieces are made and handled with love and care, we require grace for a 4-6 business day processing time.
